Interview.


                             Attending an interview at client location.

Icatch is a client for Karavadi consultancy. Karavadi consultancy forwarded my resume to Icatch and the organization asked me to be present for the interview. Technically speaking i had to convince Karavadi consultancy that i could develop websites and designs for major organizations which would actually help promote their products to public.

With this knowledge in forehead i had to meet Icatch for an interview. This zeal and enthusiasm made me to attend an interview for Icatch.

 My interview was scheduled on thursday from(2:30-4:00). I was given an appointment on 22nd May 2014. This appointment details about an offer for employment from a creative director of Icatch. Late to the appointment as i was a bit tardy in getting started from my destination but then i was able to complete my interview. The process of interview happened in various sessions one of those session actually deals with understanding the need to speak with people in advertising and marketing industry.
At exact 16:00 hours i was at the interview session and speaking with human resource department of Icatch. This department is concerned with speaking to candidates having knowledge in IT industry. The questions asked by the interview authority is as follows:


Interview:



Would you please hand me a copy of resume.
Resume was handed to human resource authority who after carefully study stated that the format of resume is different to the initial contracted agreement. May be they had an opinion formed after viewing the resume which was handed to them by Karavadi consultancy.


Candidate:
Thank you for giving me an opportunity to speak. The format of resume handed to your organization was different to the one i currently submitted it to you. I actually brought resume handed to Karavadi consultancy with me, so would you please accept it. They gladly accepted it and asked me to brief on my resume.

I briefed them about various features of resume. These are the basics which you actually tend to speak while submitting the resume they are.
1) Education.

2) Experience.

3) Organization i applied to.

4) Additional information about resume which would actually make the interviewer comfortable to ask.


I briefed the organization about my resume and they did appreciate my work. They did ask me to speak with creative director who would actually take me to the next part of the interview. Water was served during the process of interview.




Interview with creative director.
(I am thankful and obliged to be a part of your organization). This is a honorary statement to the organization which actually helped me to speak about my resume and various features pertaining.



Creative director spoke about various issues concerning with brand image, advertising, circulation of publications, increasing the brand value of an organization. 

Brand image is absolutely necessary with products belonging to clients. These products actually determine about knowledge and workmanship of a finished product to audience. This brand image is beautiful and serves the purpose.

(During this conversation i did appreciate the creative director and thanked him for his effort in making this conversation).

There could be 20,000 circulation copies into the market. Actually these organizations display their brand onto various circulation copies/publications. These circulation copies improve overall brand image and these also speak about value to circulation.

Advertising is a major initiative to promote particular product into the market and make it accessible to various segments of the market. These products in advertising have a geo-graphical location depends upon various segments of the market such as Asia-pacific, Africa, Asia and Americas. These regions constitute a market for products.

(I would like to understand this passage as market for products has to be in various different locations such as North, South, East and West). Brand value and cost of a product reaches into the interior and exterior part of the world. A product reach-ability depends on cost, value, brand, image, content and circulation. Product which actually gets distributed throughout the region with circulation.
