1) Amazon for non-voice process on 6th & 7th.
    10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
    Designation:Customer support executive.
    Process:Non-voice.
    Experience:0-4 yrs.
   Maximum age criteria:32 yrs.
   Work timings:Night/day (Rotational).
   Criteria:Excellent communication skills.
  Qualification: Graduation in any field.

Case study interview: Lots of professional people approach for interview out of which only certain number of people based on requirement are selected. Interview selection process happens by candidates gathering around and numbering them with a number. After numbering candidates are requested to approach for interview with human resource.

Once interview gets completed with human resource for profile and background information check then transfer of information is done where candidate has to prove his experience in using his knowledge on achieving the task. If the task is not achieved candidate is not selected for further rounds. He is asked to reapply after certain period of time which is normally six months.

Achieving the task and difficulties:

 Amazing day at amazon with Human resource around and lots of people to speak with. Graduates and post-graduates were present at the interview session. There were human resource officers around who took me through lots of process some of them are listed here:

1) Yes/no questionarre.

2) A profile making form where information is requested.

3) Typing test is conducted.

Case study 1:

Over all Amazon interview took around 4 hours. It was straight 4 hours of interview session. There were various articles to be written on various topics these topics ranged from how efficiently you provide customer service through listening, writing, speaking and making customers understand the product grievances.

There was a question based on Sony Xperia telephone selling. The customer received a wrong product instead of the ordered telephone which resulted in the call being escalated to customer service of amazon.Amazon had to respond whether they would bill the customer for a new dispatch of the product or request for an exchange of the product for customers choice.

Solutions to the customer service ended with agreeing to customer demands for resolution. Delivery of wrong product back to the purchase and request of a new product from the merchant.


Case study2:

There was another typing test where i have to type the information i listened and the information i viewed on the screen. Typing test was conducted for a time frame of 60 seconds. Customer service associates have to type the information and keep it updated for the team leader to review and respond.

Case study 3:

Profile study was based which provided organization with details pertaining to the test taker. It was conducted by a third party organization which conducted the test on pro-metric scale or rating.

Case study 4:

Questions on selling were asked and candidate has to respond to the query. Some of the queries which were answered are as follows.
